Mokon Employee Spotlight: Mark Pastor

Mark Pastor has been part of the Mokon team for 38 years, currently serving as Customer Service Manager. His career at Mokon began in repair work, and he has since held positions as an Assembler, Testline Technician, and Service Technician before moving into his current management role.

As Customer Service Manager, Mark provides technical support for Mokon’s equipment in the field. When asked about what he enjoys most about his work, Mark points to the variety in his day-to-day responsibilities. “All the diversity in the applications we supply equipment to,” he notes, adding that he particularly values “the people I work with.”

Over his years at Mokon, Mark has developed a keen understanding of customer service dynamics. “I have enjoyed learning how to balance the customers’ side of the story while protecting the Mokon side of things,” he shares, speaking to the importance of maintaining positive customer relationships while supporting company interests.

Through nearly four decades with Mokon, Mark continues to contribute his technical expertise and customer service experience to support our equipment users and team members.
