Mokon Employee Spotlight: Noel Correa

This month, we’re shining our Employee Spotlight on Noel Correa. Noel has been an integral part of the Mokon team for 20 years and is still going strong. He started his Mokon career as a Mechanic/Builder before advancing to his current position of Lead Person-Water Department.

Noel’s role as Lead Person includes many responsibilities, including painting, building, inspection, and more. Put in his words: “I build water systems and do inspections on every unit. I also train new employees for the water department. In addition, I assist Marketing with trade show preparation and packing.” Noel cites his advancements from Builder to Lead and Inspection person as one of the most interesting things he’s done at Mokon.

You can see through Noel’s Mokon journey that the skills he learned at the beginning as a Mechanic/Builder are still in use and expanded as a Lead Person, including imparting invaluable wisdom and knowledge on new hires that were once in his shoes. It’s this aspect in particular, along with gaining new information, that Noel delights in, saying, “I enjoy training new employees and learning new skills.”
