Orlando certainly brought the heat (and the attendees with it) to the NPE show.
We were extremely pleased with Mokon’s presence, booth location, daily activity, and customer visits. We had a nice showcase of our product lines, including water and oil systems, portable chillers, combination heating and chilling systems, and maintenance products. Our rotating Hydrotherm water system showcased the Mokon difference, highlighting copper construction and our horizontal design. Several visitors commented on the lack of galvanized parts in all our units. The recently released Xchange-Therm system also garnered a lot of attention, including a feature piece.
On Tuesday and Wednesday morning, we were able to meet with several of our sales reps and do in-depth training on our products. Jay Metcalf and Mark Pastor led sessions that provided opportunities for reps to delve into several system and control options.
It’s been six years since the last NPE, so it was great to reconnect with customers, suppliers, and our representatives. We are already looking forward to 2027.
