Mokon Employee Spotlight: Miguel Cruz

For September, our Mokon employee spotlight shines on Miguel Cruz. Miguel began his Mokon career in June 2018 as an Oil Assembler and has progressed to his current position of Production Supervisor.

Miguel’s daily efforts include overseeing the production process. This involves releasing and assigning builds, as well as interacting with assemblers, welders, and panel builders to discuss their assigned duties. Miguel also collaborates with all the departments that are used in the production process.

Miguel describes his journey at Mokon as one of the most rewarding events during his tenure. He says, “I started as a builder, and within a few months, I was at the top of the shop regarding build times and efficiency. I truly enjoyed building, but I couldn’t pass on the opportunity for advancement.” Now, one of Miguel’s favorite aspects of working at Mokon is interacting with his employees and co-workers.
