This week, we hosted our first quarterly rep meeting of 2024. Despite encountering a few technical glitches, we managed to share some fantastic insights with the team.
Dan Healy took the opportunity to share some of his personal and professional history and emphasized the critical role played by Mokon Sales Reps within our team. For many participants, this served as their initial introduction to Dan, who joined us in October.
Scott Lombardo, our Application Engineer, led a valuable discussion on the essential information required for providing accurate customer quotes. This session was particularly beneficial for our newer representatives, equipping them with vital knowledge.
We then delved into the Mokon marketing plan for 2024, with a special focus on the production of a new Mokon video slated for release this year. This video will play a central role in our efforts to enhance Mokon’s web presence. The meeting concluded with an engaging question and answer session.
Moving forward, we aim to gather representative feedback to tailor future meetings to better suit their needs. We’re already eagerly anticipating our April gathering.
