Mokon Employee Spotlight: Mark Schultz

For Mark Schultz, June marks his 30th anniversary at Mokon. We want to use this significant, remarkable milestone to shine a spotlight on Mark and his history with the company – from humble beginnings spending his first two years building water units, to his current leadership role as Senior Mechanic/Leadman Chiller Team.

In Mark’s role, he builds custom chillers for food, plastics, and medical industries. Everything he creates is customized according to customer needs. The creative aspect is what Mark loves the most. “The ability to visualize something in my mind, create it, and watch it go out to satisfied customers is the greatest feeling,” he says.

Mark also enjoys the opportunities to learn new things daily, saying, “if not from other employees, then from creating something new on my own.” Mark looks back on his career with Mokon with great pride: “The best thing I have done was the last 30 years at Mokon; met a boat load of great people and have seen struggles, but I love my job.”

Mark has been, and continues to be, an extremely valuable asset to the Mokon team. We’re grateful for his contributions and look forward to everything he accomplishes in the future. Thank you, Mark!
