Mokon Employee Spotlight: Scott Hubbell

Production Manager Scott Hubbell has been a key part of the Mokon team for the last 6 years. Starting out as a Production Supervisor, Scott advanced to his current role where he oversees daily operations and coordinates communication between all departments, including Materials, Engineering, Shipping, Production, and Sales.

What Scott values most about working at Mokon is the “constant change and movement” and the collaborative environment.

During his time here, Scott has been involved in expanding and modernizing the warehouse. He highlights that Mokon itself provides continuous learning opportunities, particularly when it comes to the company’s Heat Transfer systems, which he describes as “a learning experience from unit to unit.”
