At Mokon we’re known for our custom systems which are built to order. This 4 Zone Circulating Water Temperature Control System is going out the door today for a client in the Plastics industry. It is designed for 250°F (121°C) max operation.

- Process manifold per zone with color coated ball vales to allow customer to direct any zone to a specific roll to be heated and cooled
- 24 kW heating capacity
- 15 Hp pump to deliver 200 GPM up to 65 PSI
- A/C panel cooling
- SCR heater control
- Modulating cooling valves
- Common 19-gallon expansion/fill tank
- 25 sq.ft. closed loop heat exchanger
