Mokon Employee Spotlight: Brandon Kapral

Please join us in welcoming Brandon Kapral as Mokon’s new Engineering Manager.

Brandon brings a wealth of manufacturing experience with him. Over the past three years, he served as Director of Manufacturing at a local company, where he led both engineering and manufacturing operations. During that time, he successfully implemented standardized processes in a custom product environment. His background also includes extensive experience in system controls implementation as well as process equipment design and engineering.

Brandon will lead the planning, direction, and execution of a broad range of engineering initiatives. His role will involve close collaboration with the sales and purchasing departments to ensure alignment across project goals and business needs. In addition to overseeing technical execution, Brandon will play a key role in shaping strategic direction—developing innovative approaches and driving the implementation of objectives such as launching new products, optimizing workflows, and enhancing cross-functional coordination.
