Mokon Employee Spotlight: Debbie Kipler

Our November spotlight is focused on Debbie Kipler. Debbie has been a key part of the Mokon team for 25 years, starting out as a Sales Coordinator Supervisor before being promoted to Office Manager.

Debbie started her Mokon career handling customer orders and quotes. As Mokon grew, she expanded into administrative and accounting duties while retaining her customer focus. Now, as she eases into retirement, she’s transitioning her role but continuing to assist with administrative tasks and guiding colleagues.

Debbie’s favorite part of her work is the different industries Mokon works with. “We have customers in plastic, food, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and government,” she says. “I am amazed at all the items that Mokon helps with manufacturing different products.”

One of the most interesting things Debbie’s done during her time at Mokon was working with a skeleton crew in the offices during the pandemic. She was considered an essential employee because they supplied equipment to pharmaceutical companies. During this time, she helped support sales, manufacturing, and her customers.
