Mokon Employee Spotlight: Darlene Campbell

Our February employee spotlight shines on Darlene Campbell. She’s been part of the Mokon family for almost three years as a Sales Coordinator. Her role is busy, as she works with customers daily to handle their parts orders and enters them by phone or email. She also provides quotes when needed, along with occasional invoicing and shipping. Darlene’s known for her excellent customer service, which speaks volumes to her character and ability.

Beyond her day-to-day operations, Darlene likes to make the Mokon offices look festive during the holiday seasons. She also loves putting smiles on her team members’ faces. “Grant it, at times this job can be very stressful,” she says. “That’s why I try to make people smile for at least a few minutes.”

As a Sales Coordinator, she enjoys learning new things and working with her team. “I’ve learned so much in the past three years,” she says. “This was a career change for me, and I’m so happy I did it.”

Outside of work, Darlene has a variety of hobbies and interests. She loves spending time with her kids, grandkids, and her fur babies. She also enjoys being with her husband, especially on their many trips around the holidays or the occasional weekend whim. When she’s home, she passes the time cooking, baking, canning, crocheting, sewing, gardening, and making acrylic or resin art. “It all depends on what season it is,” she says.
