Our March spotlight shines on Jarol Sanasith. As a Chiller Mechanic at Mokon for almost 15 years, Jarol performs extensive hands-on work with our variety of temperature control systems. He builds custom chillers and combination heating and chilling units.
Jarol is also a leadman; this means that he helps others when needed and informs co-workers about the latest information, such as changes in system builds, new processes, or anything that needs modifying. He keeps track of certain chillers and water inventory.
Aside from that, he’s also versatile, able to work on and build water and oil units.
What he enjoys most about his work is the daily challenge that a new custom system brings. Jarol says, “When I see a flow schematic, I can visualize multiple ways to construct it. It’s always keeping me on my toes and thinking.”
Jarol has gained a lot of knowledge over his 15 years at Mokon, saying, “I have learned how to solder and braze, as well as read electrical and flow schematics. With these skills, I have built custom units for a variety of customers, including medical, food, molding, and military.”
Outside of Mokon, Jarol likes to spend time with his family and helps coach his son’s lacrosse games. He also enjoys getting involved with the water through kayaking and fishing.
Jarol, thank you for everything! We appreciate all the hard work you’ve put in over the last 15 years and are excited to see your future!
