Our June employee spotlight shines on Scott Riester. Scott has been part of the Mokon team for the past three years in his current role as Customer Service Technician.
In his position, Scott assists customers with any questions they may have about their Mokon equipment. This includes starting up their systems, troubleshooting potential problems, and identifying parts that may need replacing or repairing. Scott also visits customers to train them on how to use their systems, including proper startup procedures.
One of the things Scott most enjoys about his work is talking to customers all over the world. He also finds it interesting the range of fields in which Mokon’s temperature control units (TCUs) are used, saying, “Although I was somewhat familiar with TCUs before coming to Mokon, I had no idea how many different industries and applications they are used for.”
Scott loves the outdoors. When he’s not helping customers at Mokon, you can find him in the wild canoeing, hunting, or hiking.
